SeaWorld reminds travelers of Orlando’s summer attractions
As value-minded travelers start considering vacation options, Orlando's SeaWorld has reviewed the attractions that make Central Florida one of the most popular destinations with American families.
They include Aquatica, SeaWorld's waterpark in Orlando, and Discovery Cove, which offers swimming with dolphins and snorkeling in crystal waters teeming with tropical fish.
Meanwhile, Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay, celebrating their 50th anniversary this year, are also home to one of the country's top zoos with more than 2,500 animals. New this year will be Jungala, a jungle village where guests have the chance to come face-to-face with orangutans and a Bengal tiger.
Travelers heading to Orlando this summer will also be able to take advantage of attractive deals. For example, SeaWorld has announced that buying select SeaWorld, Aquatica or Busch Gardens tickets online will entitle adults to take advantage of kid's prices as well as come-and-go admissions for additional flexibility.
Moreover, a second visit to SeaWorld will be free with the purchase of a single-day SeaWorld ticket.
As Americans prepare for the upcoming vacation season, there are signs that Florida will be at the top of their destination list. The recent Travel Value Index 2009 released by Hotwire, a discount travel website, ranked Orlando as the best-value vacation destination in the country.
