Interval International has recently announced that Welk Resorts Cabo- Sirena del Mar has joined their vacation exchange network and is the sixth Welk property to become part of its network. This stunning resort overlooks the Sea of Cortez and located near Cabo San Lucas. Timeshare owners will now have the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable vacation in Baja Sur, Mexico.

This luxurious resort is situated on seven acres and is set on a 65-foot bluff close to the town of Cabo Lucas on the tips of the Baja California peninsula.  The resort is currently being built in phases in order to maximum panoramic views of the ocean.  Guest will be able to enjoy from their villas stunning views of waves crashing into rocky outcropping below and the famous Cabo Arch, the landmark stone arch.

The Welk Resort Cabo- Sirena del Mar was designed to reflect the whimsical essence of the “old world” Mexico with contemporary flair which is seen in the cascading decks with wet wall water features, a vanishing edge waterfall and spa, thatched palapas, and a fit pit. The resort also offers a swimmable cove through a spiral staircase at the rim of the seaside cliff, as well as two swimming pools.

The well-appointed timeshare villas offer state-of-the art amenities including a fully-equipped kitchen will granite counter top and stainless steel appliances, whirlpool tubs to soak and relax, multiple flat screen televisions, and heavenly king sized pillow top beds.

Phase One was recently completed and offers sixteen villas with lock-out units and four penthouse villas. There are plans for five phases, which will total to a number of 222 villas.  All villas will be designed to focus on the magnificent views of the ocean.
