Westgate Resorts, the world’s largest privately owned timeshare company, has recently announced their newest timeshare resort located in fabulous Las Vegas.  The grand opening of the PH Towers by Westgate will be held on January 29 of 2010 and will be marking an era in the timeshare industry.  This stunning Westgate timeshare will be the largest timeshare property in the world.

The PH Towers by Westgate is located right on the Strip adjacent to Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino and will directly connect to the Miracle Miles shops.  It will be the first vacation ownership resort to be integrated with a major resort and casino.

This new Las Vegas timeshare is a blue glass 52 stories high building with over 1,200 luxurious villas.  The well-appointed villas range from 450 to 2,200 square feet and offer a fully-equipped kitchen, an oversized whirlpool tub, and incredible views of the Las Vegas Strip. As an added bonus, most of the timeshares include a 10-foot wide high definition movie theater to enjoy unforgettable movie experiences.

Beyond the timeshare villas is an exotic tropical oasis where you can sink your toes into powdery white sands that surround the heated pool. The pool area also offers a poolside bar so you can sip on your favorite cocktail while enjoying the tropical scenery in one of the private cabanas.

The PH Towers by Westgate will not only be the biggest timeshare in the world, it will also have the brightest sign in Vegas.  The Westgate sign uses a newly patented LED lighting system that will bring forth the largest letters of any hotel sign on the Strip.

David Siegel started Westgate Resorts in 1980 with only 16 villas in Orlando  Since then, he has grown the company to over 28 properties across the country. However, it is this timeshare resort that will define Westgate Resorts as a major brand in the timeshare industry. “I am especially proud that our development is located at the most significant location on the Las Vegas Strip and directly across from CityCenter,” said Siegel.
